There is no trial period. The Free tier is truly free forever. You can use Air Boss indefinitely with core features at no cost. When you are ready for invoicing or additional aircraft, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current billing period continues until the end, then the new plan takes effect.
Each plan allows you to manage a certain number of aircraft. Free supports 1 aircraft, Starter supports 2, and Pro has no limit. If you need more aircraft than your plan allows, you can upgrade at any time.
Yes. Air Boss uses industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your flight data, financial information, and personal details are protected with the same security standards used by financial institutions.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Annual plans are billed once per year, monthly plans are billed each month.
